The library computer lab is great for whole group instruction. Collaborating with teachers is a great opportunity for the librarian to generate a project guide that students can access from home or at school. Project Guides direct students to the best resources, including databases, print books in the library, or the best websites to help them complete their assignments in the most successful way.
The library is also set up for small and large group work, individual study, and quiet areas. Creating a flexible space reaches more learning styles and increases opportunities for student success. Of course, one-on-one help is also available every day.
