Learning With the End in Mind - The Ever-Changing Library

Anything that I am passionate about, anything that matters, or anything that I learn or research, I do fervently with the end in mind.  The goals that I set, I do so because I want to achieve a certain end or result.  And that is the way I view what I do as a librarian.  I want to know that the library impacts students in a positive way so that they feel successful in their lives and truly become life-long learners.  This will make the world a better place for all of us.  And as we all learn new things and our goals change, we begin to have new ideas and plan things with a new end in mind.  So I want to share what I have learned along the way, hoping that it might help you, help them.
